Reproduction
If you have Antiques or like the style and look of antique furniture
but are struggling to find the piece that suits, whether it's the size or style, you might like to have a reproduction made that
looks like the real macoy without the hassle of the search. Here is an
example of a Dining Table that I made in a Regency style. Sweeping
tapered legs and reeds running down the legs and around the top.
This table has one removable leaf, with 2 pedestal ends, the castors
are solid brass as are the table clips (clips that hold the leaf in place)
To the right you can see one of the pedestals before polishing.
Underneath you can see the table in the customers house in its
full french polished glory.

This is a English Oak display stand. A very simple
design with hand cut dovetail joints, these are
through dovetails, meaning they come through the
side of the adjoining section. |

Talking of bedrooms -
Here is a bedroom set designed by the client. The 9 drawer chest is made from solid American Oak. The drawers are
all on ball bearing metal runners that are self closing, as you can see it was made to measure for the window alcove. A pair
of bedside cabinets to match to complete the suite. |

A pair of designer display cabinets. These were a commission form
a designer in London. They are made from MDF and finished in
gloss lacquer. The interior is an ivory colour and the outside is a
striking purple. There are 3 clear glass shelves inside, and down
lights
On the left you can see one of the cabinets in its natural MDF, and
above the finished cabinets in the client's house. |
